    Larapinta Trail Walking Season

    The Parks and Wildlife Commission of the NT (PWCNT) advises that as part of the 2014 walking season Rangers will be patrolling the Larapinta Trail from this Wednesday, 18 June.

    PWCNT Deputy District Ranger, Phil Cowan said the 223km Larapinta Trail has fast become one of the most popular long distance remote walks in Australia.

    "The PWCNT's top priority is the safety of our Park visitors and management of Parks to ensure they remain beautiful for all future visitors," Mr Cowan said.
